Message taken care of. I'll see that it is addressed and handled to your satisfaction first thing in the AM. If you could please send us (preferably me) an e-mail or give us a call regarding problems like this we could see that it is promptly taken care of rather than airing it on a public forum. Did the representative today you talked to not offer you a full refund? Or did you ask?
Claiming we are scamming you or going out of business is a little over the top.
It is obviously an issue that we need to address and will be discussed tomorrow in depth. I apologize for the inconvenience.
We were extremely busy today as a result of the holiday and were unable to even answer all the 400+ phone calls that came in. Our parts dept should have contacted you regarding the shipping of your item. I'm curious to find out why that didn't happen. Our policy is that we ship out items with-in three working days or a least let the customer know that we can't that soon. However we get 75% or so of the orders out the same day.
We do make mistakes and unfortunately our inventory counts are not always 100% accurate considering we have hundres of thoudsands of parts. Sometimes we have several of an item one day and they may all get used in the shop the next before it even shows up out of our inventory. I wish we could be like WalMart with some huge multi million dollar real time inventory tracking system but we aren't there yet. We've cut down on errors like this but because of the diversity of our business we still do not have our inventory control "perfected". I can tell you that we have the largest Z32 parts inventory anywhere at least on our continent and are striving to keep the massive working inventory to provide the fastest service possible. But despite our efforts sometimes we do sell out.
We will make sure that you are either given a full refund or that your part ships out as soon as possible if you choose that route. I am truly sorry and it is my intention and goal to keep all of our customers happy.
